Learn the art of making risotto

Risotto is often loved by diners but feared by the home chef.  It is actually quite simple to make once the cooking approach is well understood.

In this class we will learn the basic technique, a couple of short cuts and discuss several variations on the classic Italian dish.

No prior cooking experience is necessary to enjoy this class.

The Perfect Egg

This is part of an intermediate series for children ages 10-14 seeking to hone their skills in the kitchen.  

In this class we will be working with eggs.  Versatile but sometimes difficult to master there will be a general discussion of the uses of eggs and the preparation of two to three different dishes.

While an intermediate course, students needn't have any prior cooking experience to enjoy this class.

The class will be held at BLVD Kitchen in Sherman Oaks.
